    Admission Process

    1. Attend Admission Tour, Open House

    2. Submit Application & Letter of recommendation or transfer if a child is from an ACE school or Home school

    3. Student Assessment & Parent Interview

    4. Receipt of results of Application (Accepted, Denied, Waitlist)

    5. If accepted, New Family Conference, 25% deposit, & Reserve student’s spot.

    First Admission

    A parent/guardian must complete an application form for admission of his/her child to the school. The following documents must accompany the application:

    A certified copy of the learner’s original birth certificate/identity document.
    Proof of residence.
    Learner card to be completed.
    The necessary documents must be submitted to the school before the end of the term of admission.

    Transfer from another school

    A parent/guardian must complete an application form for admission of his/her child to the school. The following documents must accompany the application:

    Learner card to be completed.
