Admission Process

1. Attend Admission Tour, Open House

2. Submit Application & Letter of recommendation or transfer if a child is from an ACE school or Home school

3. Student Assessment & Parent Interview

4. Receipt of results of Application (Accepted, Denied, Waitlist)

5. If accepted, New Family Conference, 25% deposit, & Reserve student’s spot.

First Admission

A parent/guardian must complete an application form for admission of his/her child to the school.

The following documents must accompany the application:

· A certified copy of the learner’s original birth certificate/identity document

· Proof of residence.

· Learner card to be completed.

· The necessary documents must be submitted to the school before the end of the term of admission.

Transfer from another school

When a parent/guardian wishes to transfer a learner from another school to Kigali New Life Christian Academy, such a parent/guardian must complete an application form.

The following documents must accompany the application form.

Ø The learner’s birth certificate or identity document (certified copy.)

Ø A transfer form.

Ø Learner’s accumulative record card (forwarded by Principal of previous school).

The school is registered with AEE in South Africa under the name Kigali New Life Christian Academy and with Rwanda Education Board (REB). This registration gives KNLCA legibility to use the ACE curriculum and an account on which to order paces but also legibility to operate in Rwanda
